  6. This archive contains several "ANIME" pictures for you to enjoy.
  7.  
  8. "Anime" is generally defined as Japanese style cartoons.  One of the anime that
  9. you may be familiar with might be Robotech cartoons that air few years ago.
  10.  
  11. If you are interested in obtaining more anime pictures, or actually go and see
  12. some anime animations, read on.....

  16. Cal-Animage is UCSD's Japanese Animation club.  We hold weekly showings Tuesday
  17. nights from [ 7:30pm to 10pm ], using the projection television in 
  18. [ Solis Hall 107 ], on the [ Third College ] campus.  Admission is free.  Becoming
  19. a member of the club (you don't have to be a UCSD student) subscribes you to our
  20. biweekly newsletter, which outlines what we show, synopsizes the programs which
  21. are not subtitled, and provides other interesting information.  Members also
  22. entered in prize drawing held during each weekly show, admission to our
  23. free-form Thursday shows and members-only events, such as the barbecue we'll
  24. be having later this quarter, and sundry other benefits.  Membership is $20 per
  25. calendar year.
